You are required to do the following before making your application
electronically.
1.
Register with URA
The applicants are required to register with URA in order for you to
submit your application under the system.
2.
Register with Netrust
The applicants are required to register with Netrust
Pte Ltd to obtain a Digital Certificate for purposes of authentication. The average cost for
Netrust registration and the Digital Certificate is :
Netrust Registration = $10
Smartcard with Digital Certificate = $25
Annual Subscription = $50
REGISTRATION PROCEDURE FOR USING ELECTRONIC
DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION SYSTEM
Step 1
Complete the EDA Registration Form and
Netrust Digital Certificate Application Form.
Step 2
Submit the completed EDA Registration Form
to any of the following :
i)
DC Reception Counter, 1st storey,
The URA Centre, 45 Maxwell Road, Singapore; or
ii)
Email a scan copy to ;
or
iii)
Fax to EDA Support Unit at No: 62274772;
or
iv)
Send by post to the following address:

Step 3
Upon confirmation of the registration, URA will
inform you (through email) to proceed to Netrust Pte Ltd for
registration and collection of the digital certificate
(smartcard) at the following address:
You will need to bring along the following documents when you register with
Netrust:
a)
Original copy of the completed Netrust Digital
Certificate Application Form.
b)
Original and a photocopy of applicant's (Qualified Person's)
identification document (eg NRIC, passport).
c)
Original (or Certified True Copy) and a photocopy
of the Business/Company Registration Certificate or the
Practising Certificate from the Board of Architects/Engineers.
d)
Letter or authorisation from your company,
duly signed by such person of acceptance to Netrust, duly
authorising the representative (applicant) to submit the
application for and on behalf of your company.
e)
Fees required for the registration, smartcard and subscription.
