CORENET eSS (COnstruction and Real Estate NETwork e-Submission System) is an online service that allows you to
submit a building project application for planning permission and other regulatory approvals, such as:
· Building
Plan Approval
· Temporary
Occupation Permit
· Fire Safety
Certificate
· Certificate of
Statutory Completion
You can submit your application to all relevant authorities
(e.g. Building and Construction Authority, Fire Safety and
Shelter Department) using this portal.
Who can apply?
Only a Qualified Person (QP) can submit a development
application via CORENET. QPs are registered architects,
registered surveyors and/or professional engineers.
What types of developments can I submit?
All types of development applications, except confidential or
secret projects.
How much is the application fee?
The application fee varies depending on the gross floor area,
site area, application type and development type of your
proposal.
