Modification Of Terms And Conditions
URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions
from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to
the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the eService after
the modifications have been made.
URA General Terms & Conditions And Conditions Of Access
In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the eService shall
be subject to and governed by the
URA General Terms & Conditions and the
Conditions of Access unless the provisions of the URA General Terms
& Conditions and Conditions of Access are contrary to and inconsistent
with these terms and conditions.

Please note:
- You must include the EDAForm (.EDF) file in the encrypted
file for this submission / resubmission, otherwise your application will
not be accepted by the system.
- When your submission is received, URA will provide an electronic
acknowledgement notice together with a unique reference number for your
application.

If additional documents or plans need to be submitted after you
make your EDA submission, please do not submit through the
counter. Instead, send your encrypted documents through the

This form will take about 5 to 20 minutes to complete.
The decision notice will be sent to you within 4 weeks once your payment has been processed.
