Encrypt & digitally sign your submission data

Please use the software and services provided by Netrust Pte. Ltd which is the Certification Authority to secure electronic transactions. Please refer to Section 7 of the EDA Operations Manual for details.

Note:

• You must include the EDAForm (.EDF) file in the encrypted file for this submission / resubmission, otherwise your application will not be accepted by the system.
  
  
• When your submission is received, URA will provide an electronic acknowledgement notice together with a unique reference number for your application.
  
  
• If additional documents or plans need to be submitted after you make your EDA submission,  please do not submit through the counter. Instead, send your encrypted documents through the email to
