 Make e-Payment



To make e-Payment, you will need the Reference ID (e.g. ES20050228R0155). The Reference ID and of submission can be found in the transaction reply slip which will be issued to the applicant and agent (as indicated in the application form) upon successful submission of the application.

Payment Mode


As of now, URA accepts the following payment modes for this service:

  • eNETS
  • Credit Card (for payment amount less than $5,000 only)

You will receive your Payment transaction reply slip once your payment transaction is successful.

You can pay online through eNETS Debit if you have an internet banking account with one of the following banks:

  • CitiBank

You can pay online using the following credit card if the total amount is less than $5,000:

  • VISA Card
  • Master Card
  • American Express Card

You can use this eService for the following payment of your applications:

  • Processing fee
  • Resubmission fee
  • Fee for Amendment to Master Plan
  • Civil Penalty
  • Waiver Fee

Terms And Conditions


Before you proceed with the eService, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the eService, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with the use of the eService.


Operation Manual

You are required to comply fully with the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual in using the eServices. The EDA Operation Manual can be viewed by clicking here. Please note that the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual may be amended from time to time and all users shall comply with the provisions of the prevailing EDA Operation Manual at the time of use of the eServices.


Rollback For Failed Transactions

If you encounter any technical problem in the course of the transaction, please contact URA at Tel: 63293237 to check the status of your transaction. Please provide the following details:

  1. Submission reference ID (e.g. ES20050228R0155)
  2. Point at which error occurred
  3. Time of transaction,
  4. Error message (if any),
  5. Payment mode selected and
  6. Transaction amount.
Refund Policy

Any request for cancellation must be submitted within 10 days from the date of the registration to URA by e-mail () or by post to 45 Maxwell Road, The URA Centre, Singapore 069118. Please provide the following details together with your request:

  1. Submission Reference ID (e.g. ES20050228R0155)
  2. Reasons for cancellation

All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis.

No refund will be allowed once processing work has started on the application submitted using the eServices.


Modification Of Terms And Conditions

URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the eService after the modifications have been made.


URA General Terms & Conditions And Conditions Of Access

In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the eService shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions and the Conditions of Access unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Access are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.
