Processing Fees for Development Applications

Your application fee varies depending on the gross floor area, site area, application type and development type of your proposal.

Use these 2 online calculators to check the fees required:

  1. Form-based Fee Calculator
    Use this online form to check the fee payable for your application.

  2. Fee Calculator for Uploaded EDAform File
    Upload a completed EDAForm application in EDF file format to calculate your fee.

Payment Methods

Anyone with the application details can pay the fees online or by cheque.

Online Payment You can pay online via:
  • eNETS if you have internet banking with DBS, POSB, Citibank, UOB and OCBC banks
  • credit card (VISA, MASTER and AMEX) up to S$5,000
e-Payment is accepted for these services:
  • Processing fee
  • Resubmission fee
  • Fee for amendment to Master Plan
  • Civil penalty
  • Waiver fee

Cheque Payment Cheques should be crossed and made payable to “Urban Redevelopment Authority”. The amount should include GST.

Status of e-Payment

To check the status of your e-Payment, use the Check e-Payment Transaction Status service. You will need the e-Payment Transaction ID.


Refund of Payment

Requests for refunds must be submitted within 10 days from the date of submission are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to Refund of Payment for more information.
