Can the payment be made by another person?
Yes. Any one can make payment even he is not the applicant or agent.
However, he is required to provide his details in the payment page
if he wishes URA issue the receipt under his name.

How soon must I make the payment after my submission?
You are advised to make your payment within 2 days after you have
made the submission .

Will URA reject the EDA submission if the payment for
processing fees is not received within 2 working days?
As we will start processing your submissions immediately after receiving
them electronically in good faith, we urge the applicants to
reciprocate by making the payment within 2 working days.
However, if there are very special circumstances for the delay,
we will review it based on the merits of the case.
