Terms And Conditions

Before you proceed with the eService, please read the following terms and conditions carefully. By using the eService, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, do not proceed with the use of the eService.

Operation Manual

You are required to comply fully with the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual in using the eServices. The EDA Operation Manual can be viewed by clicking here. Please note that the provisions of the EDA Operation Manual may be amended from time to time and all users shall comply with the provisions of the prevailing EDA Operation Manual at the time of use of the eServices.

Rollback For Failed Transactions

If you encounter any technical problem in the course of the transaction, please contact URA at Tel: 63293237 to check the status of your transaction. Please provide the following details:

Transaction identification number (if any)
Point at which error occurred
Time of transaction,
Error message (if any),
Payment mode selected and
Transaction amount.

Refund Policy

Any request for cancellation must be submitted within 10 days from the date of the registration to URA by e-mail () or by post to 45 Maxwell Road, The URA Centre, Singapore 069118. Please provide the following details together with your request:

Transaction identification number
Reasons for cancellation

All requests submitted are subject to approval on a case to case basis.

No refund will be allowed once processing work has started on the application submitted using the eServices.

Modification Of Terms And Conditions

URA may, without giving prior notice, modify these terms and conditions from time to time. You shall be deemed to have accepted and agreed to the terms and conditions as modified upon your use of the eService after the modifications have been made.

URA General Terms & Conditions And Conditions Of Access

In addition to these terms and conditions, the use of the eService shall be subject to and governed by the URA General Terms & Conditions and the Conditions of Access unless the provisions of the URA General Terms & Conditions and Conditions of Access are contrary to and inconsistent with these terms and conditions.

Important Note:

Before you proceed to submit an Outline Application, please ensure that you have obtained the following consent/approval and information:

a)	Consent from the owner(s) of the premises for you to submit the application For application to redevelop an existing strata-titled development with a view to collective sale, and have signed the collective sale agreement before 4 Oct 2007, declaration by the MCST using form DC/MCST/DCLN shall be submitted. For collective sale agreement signed on or after 4 Oct 2007 which needs to be submitted to Strata Title Board, a Declaration using Form DC/MCST/DCL_B must be submitted. Otherwise, you will need to provide documentary evidence of all the owner's consent for the strata-titled development. Alternatively, a Strata Titles Board Order to proceed with the sale would also suffice. Both forms DC/MCST/DCLN and DC/MCST/DCL_B are available in the DCD web under "Supplementary Forms For Development Applications".
b)	Consent from SLA if the premises is under State ownership
c)	The Lot Number and MK/TS number of the premises. If you do not have the information, please click here to do an online check.
d)	A SingPass ID (replacing CPF PALPIN). To apply for one and for other SingPass related info, please click here.

Payment

2.	You can pay by Internet banking (eNETS) or Cheque
	Cheque should be crossed and make payable to "Urban Redevelopment Authority".
