owner(s) of the premises for you to submit the application

Consent from SLA if the premises is under State ownership

Plan showing where the subject unit is located in relation
to the other units on the same floor/storey within a shopping/office/residential
complex, flatted factory/warehouse. The subject premises/unit is
to be demarcated on plan. Please click

Please read the Change Of Use Guidelines
for general information such as which types of change of use require permission and
which do not require permission, the types of uses that are permitted
(Building Use Table), the Change of Use etc.
